Hanging Legs Raises – Abs Advanced Workout

  1. Starting position for this exercise will be one in which your hanging from a stable bar with the legs and arm being straight.* Note: this exercise is for the advanced and should not necessarily be tried for beginners who just started working out*
     
  2. You will proceed to swing your legs up into air until your feet are above your head as shown in the picture to the right. Your legs should be together at all times as well.
  3. While performing this motion you should exhaling and having a tight core because this will be getting most of the work from this exercise.
  4. After the swinging motion is complete bring your legs down in a controlled manner while you inhale for your breathing to complete the rep.
  5. Try to start off with 5-10 reps.
